Let's take a look at Halloween Animatronics Volume 2
Running Time 1 hour and 42 minutes
THE
TWO-ARMS prop. MECHANICAL MOTION via PNEUMATIC
ACTION. Next we're going to switch from circuitry and electronics
to mechanical motion. We're going to construct a prop that
will use five pneumatic cylinders and valves. Several years
ago I designed a pneumatic prop which I like to call "Two
Arms" because that's all he had. There were Two arms, No
legs and he was a pretty scary sight. I wanted to show you
him, but I couldn’t find him in my pile of props so we will
have to rebuild him. From Drawing Board to Full Frame,Silicon

| Since we now know how to control
several pneumatic valves all at once with one simple circuit,
let's put together a pneumatic prop that has several actions
and see what it can do.

Like I said before, Always use either Aluminum
or Steel for your Halloween Animatronic that use pneumatic action
as their force. You need strength, and want to be able to count
on that prop to stay together! |
| Start with a basic drawing of what you want to accomplish.
Let your imagination run wild! You are in full control! Decide
on the size and quantity of the pneumatic cylinders. I go over
the full setup to this prop- start to finish on the video. |

It's easy to test movement while designing your props. Just
take your time and have fun! |
| Once your pneumatic cylinders are mounted, you need to test
the framework for smooth movments and stability. |

Of course, this
is just a taste of this BIG section..
Once you get the video in your hands, all the tips, tricks
and design concepts will be yours.

Let's add a silicon face, arms and hands to this prop
